Bent Aage Petersen is a management board member on the boards of many companies through his firm HBPB Invest. His expertise lies within business development and M&A. He is part manufacturer and part management board member, and holds an ownership share in several companies.
Christian Mustad
Member of the Board
Christian Mustad is a Norwegian living in Switzerland. He speaks six languages and holds a degree in engineering from ETH, Zürich and an MBA from Insead. He is a member of the board of Mustad International Group, which has activities within horseshoes and nails, paper manufacturers, machinery for paper manufacturing, fasteners and connectors, and recycling of waste oil.
Lars H. Brammer
Member of the Board
Lars H. Brammer works primarily as a professional board member. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Financial Management, has previously worked as an accountant and has held several positions as CFO in both trading companies and IT firms. Since 2004, he has worked in the area of sales and acquisitions of IT firms and has contributed actively to the operation and development of portfolio companies at JMI Invest A/S.
