About the module
Preventive services without the extra workload
CSO/Wellness is a specialised module for handling and optimising the workflows around Medicare Preventive Services. Since 2011, Medicare has wanted to carry out a range of preventive examinations, but because the workload has been heavy for clinicians, uptake has not been as broad as intended.
CSO/Wellness streamlines information gathering and supports both Annual Wellness Visits and related services, such as screening patients at risk of opioid dependence and a selection of neurocognitive tests.
The solution ensures efficient, structured data collection. Based on this data, the system can guide the clinician on other relevant examinations and generate written guidance for patient and clinician.
Integrations
Connected to US registries
CSO integrates with a number of back-end systems that help ensure the quality of the clinician’s work and minimise time spent – for example the CMS HIPAA Eligibility Transaction System (HETS), Drugs@FDA, Medicare’s register of authorised providers, and information exchange with the provider’s own system.
CSO/Wellness is offered as a cloud solution by our US partner and is used in more than 10 US states today.
