The CSO platform
CSO is developed in collaboration with physicians
CSO (Clinical System Organizer) is a web-based platform for chronic diseases that links data, systems, healthcare professionals and patients. In addition to improving the quality of care, it streamlines processes to the benefit of healthcare economics.

Modular design
A shared foundation – one module per chronic disease
A key advantage of CSO is its modular structure, in which each module is dedicated to a single chronic disease. Many functions – such as user administration, patient pathways, clinical database, medication module, booking system and status page – are shared across modules. This reduces operating, training, maintenance and purchasing costs, while the system creates coherence across the healthcare system.
CSO is developed in collaboration with physicians with special insight into chronic diseases. It is user-friendly, can be used by all clinicians and patients, and naturally integrates with EHRs and other health IT systems.
The CSO platform
Structured data that keeps working after the consultation.
CSO collects data in a structured way and builds an up-to-date clinical database – for quality follow-up, research and automatic reporting to national databases. The built-in report generator gives a quick overview of the patient population.
